The AASL National Conference is the only national conference dedicated solely to the needs of school librarians and their roles as educational leaders. A one-of-a-kind conference, the 2025 AASL National Conference will feature daily keynotes, more than 150 concurrent sessions, author panels, research into practice sessions, more than 150 exhibitors, the best practice IdeaLab, Poster presentations, author signings, and endless networking opportunities. Content provided at the conference will be rooted in AASL’s National School Library Standards for Learners, School Librarians, and School Libraries.

*Due to the restructuring of ALA's membership categories, the "Retired" member category will not pull this rate, and AASL will need to adjust on the backend.  Any retired member (RT or CN member type), should register and complete their registration without paying.  Email your confirmation to aasl@ala.org and allow 3-5 business days for an adjustment and a new confirmation and invoice to be received.

Room Preference Selection
When making your room reservation, you will be asked to select your “room occupancy” and dates.  The occupancy is the number of individuals staying in the room.  If you would like to request a king or two double bed room, that optional information can be entered on the “Contact Details” page before confirming your reservation.  This section is where you can also make a request for early/late arrival or departure as well as ADA aids or services needed.
