How to register
ALL REGISTRATIONS must be entered online. AASL will not accept hard-copy registration forms.
AASL uses a single-sign on for registration by connecting ALA's database with the registration software. AASL/ALA members will be asked to log in to their ALA account. If you do not remember your log-in information, follow the instructions provided on the screen to retrieve your account information and log in to register. Once you log into your account, your AASL/ALA member record information will be transferred to your registration. Review your information carefully and change it as needed (e.g., personal address to work address).
Those not AASL/ALA members must create a record as required.
How to pay (credit card, check, PO)
You do not need to pay at the time of registration, and registering now using the available discount code will lock in the highest discount available. Follow the instructions on the check-out page to finalize you registration however you plan you plan to pay. Your registration confirmation, which will include any balances owed, should serve as an invoice if you need to submit to your district for payment. If you need additional documentation, please email aasl@ala.org.
Make the Case
If you need paperwork to submit to your school/district to cover the cost of your registration, download and print the AASL25 Rate Card. In order to receive the best discount, AASL strongly recommends you register as soon as possible and select PO or Check as your payment option. Your confirmation will include the balance due, which can be submitted for your school/district to issue a PO or check.
To assist in developing a request to attend AASL National, use these “Make the Case” materials:
- An AASL25 Make the Case letter/email template to request time and funds to attend. This document offers a starting point for drafting a request to your administrator/district.
- Review the 2023 National Conference Sessions list to pull examples of some sessions you would attend and describe how they will advance your professional development.
